GIFT VOUCHERS 

1. Vouchers for $$ value have expiry dates are as per legislation - 3 years from date of purchase 

2. Vouchers purchased as part of a promotion (double up promotion - double value) have a set date validity. For 2024 Promotion, Vouchers will be valid for use January-March 2025 only. 

3. Double up vouchers are redeemable for full priced treatment menu items only 

4. If in that time there is a price increase & voucher was purchased for treatment not dollar value, the extra will need to be paid 

5. Vouchers are Non Refundable, No Exceptions 

6. Not refundable for cash 

7. Cannot be used in conjunction for any other offer or product sale.

MEMBERSHIPS

1. Memberships can not be cancelled after the cooling off period of 24 hours.

2. Memberships may be placed on suspension for up to a 3 month period.

3. During this period, no benefits can be claimed including discounted products, services, or free member benefits.

4. Memberships can not be used by another person, however if you are unable to continue your Membership, you may transfer to another person.

5. The free LED Lounge on your birthday can not be accumulated and must be used in your birthday month. 

6. Discounts on products or services can not be used in conjunction with other sales and promotions.

7. Clients on a Memberships may incur cancellation fees or treatments taken off of their plan if our booking and cancellation policy is breached.

8. All individuals subscribing to a membership with Colada & Co., do so at their own discretion, and therefore are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions.

9. Colada & Co. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted on our website. By entering into a service, or making a booking with Colada & Co., you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

1. Must book within the time frame the promotion is available 

2. Can book for a date later,  ie, Facial promo ends 30th May, however you booked for 10th June. 

3. Treatment Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase 

4. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer 

5. Cannot use Gift Vouchers as payment for these discounted treatments.
