1. Vouchers for $$ value have expiry dates are as per legislation - 3 years from date of purchase 

2. Vouchers purchased as part of a promotion (facial monthly specials or double up voucher promotion) have 12 months expiry from date of purchase

3. Double up vouchers are redeemable for full priced menu items only 

4. If in that time there is a price increase & voucher was purchased for treatment not dollar value, the extra will need to be paid 

5. Vouchers are Non Refundable, No Exceptions 

6. Not refundable for cash 

7. Cannot be used in conjunction for any other offer or product sale.

TREATMENT PROMOTIONS 

1. Must book within the time frame the promotion is available 

2. Can book for a date later,  ie, Facial promo ends 30th May, however you booked for 10th June. 

3. Treatment Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase
